WRIC and CRUE have the shared values to uphold the worth and dignity of all humanity and to promote equity and justice.

What is CRUE?

The Coalition of Racial Unity and Equity is a collaboration of diverse Bergen County non-profit organizations and individuals with a shared vision to create communities free from bias, systemic racism, and white supremacy.

Our vision is to bring diverse organizations and individuals together to eliminate systemic racism and to promote racial equity in all aspects of our communities.

· We Recognize that systemic racism exists in our communities
· We Know that white supremacy exists in our communities
· We Acknowledge that white privilege exists in our communities
· We See racial disparities in our communities
· We Demand action of ourselves and those in positions of power to redress inequities
· We Uphold the worth and dignity of all humanity
· We Promote equity and justice
· We Commit to do the work of antiracism as individuals and CRUE members
